American Resilience Partners seeks to make majority-control investments/acquire or be a minority growth equity partner (>20% equity) in established, profitable, and strategically viable businesses that i) have an identifiable Strategic Value Proposition and ii) are providing critical product or service solutions to our country’s most pressing sustainability and resilience challenges. 

AmRes Partners looks to partner with mission-aligned private investment firms and family offices.

All industries have been, currently are, or will be impacted by sustainability or resilience related challenges. Therefore, we are industry-agnostic but are focused on businesses providing products, services, or technologies solving challenges related to our five pillars:

The firm leadership has significant experience investing in or working with businesses in various stages, including those in concept, startups, growing businesses, and businesses in need of strategic or operational turnaround.
