American Resilience Partners (“AmResPartners”) is a Texas-based, mission-driven entrepreneurial private investment firm with an opportunistic and operationally-focused investment strategy targeting acquisitions of (majority-control) or minority growth equity investments in strategically-viable, established, and profitable American businesses that have a significant Strategic Value Proposition and are at the forefront of providing critical solutions to our country's and world’s most pressing sustainability and resilience challenges.
We invest in and partner with American innovators that provide products, services, or technologies to Mission-critical Infrastructure & Industries, Energy & Water Resilience, “Industrial Re-Revolution” (re-inventing & modernizing old-world industries), “Sustainable Sustainability” (environmental sustainability as a way of driving profitability and risk mitigation), and severe adverse weather & environmental resilience. These businesses are integral to American society, security, and resilience.
American Resilience Partners has a dual, complementary mission focused on environmental sustainability, resilience, and mission-critical infrastructure:
- Invest in or acquire established, growing, and profitable American businesses with a significant Strategic Value Proposition;
- Help further develop the business and investment ecosystem in Texas, the South, and broader United States of America by demonstrating that investing in environmental sustainability & resilience can drive i) greater profitability & value creation for businesses and ii) higher risk-adjusted returns for investors.
